1. Personal information

 1.1. We do not pass on personal data about our customers, unless this is clearly stated or there is a breach of this agreement. Indsæt Navn I/S reserves the right to close access to download products if the personal data entered is obviously false.

2. Usage agreement

 2.1. Products that are purchased are exclusively for you personally and may only be used by you. Any kind of commercial purpose is not permitted, just as it is also not permitted to make any kind of disclosure of the product(s). It is also not permitted for you, or third parties, to circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any security measures. As a customer, it is your responsibility that the purchased material is not passed on to third parties. Purchase of an online product at StaxiTech includes 1 license and the material may not  be distributed in any way. Purchased online products can be accessed without restriction after purchase, as long as the use is made by you as the license owner.

3. Delivery of digital products

 3.1. After you have purchased an online product from Indsæt Navn I/S, you will receive an e-mail to your provided e-mail address. Here you will find information on how to easily log in to your product and get started. The email is usually sent out within a few minutes. If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect email address (typo), you will not receive any email. In that case, contact Indsæt Navn I/S at fmshosting@insertname.dk and we will help you gain access.

4. Warranty

 4.1. Limited Warranty

  4.1.1. Indsæt Navn I/S warrants that the game server hosting services provided will be preformed with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with industry standards.

 4.2 Exclusions

  4.2.1. This warranty does not cover issues araising from misuse, abuse or unauthorized modifications to the game server hosting services. Additionally, the warranty does not cover third-party software or plugins installed by the customer.

 4.3 Compensation

  4.3.1. If an error occures after the purchase of a service, and none of the above warranty sections has been breached, the customer must contact Indsæt Navn I/S at fmshosting@insertname.dk. If Indsæt Navn I/S confirms that this is a service error, a compensation in form of an extention of the expiry date will be compensated.

5. The right of return expires when purchasing digital products

  5.1. As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right of withdrawal expires in the case of digitally delivered goods and services as soon as the purchased item is used, as it cannot then be returned. The product is considered to have been used when you have completed the payment, received your invoice and you have gained access to the product. When purchasing online products, you therefore waive the normal 14-day right of return. There is thus no right of return on Indsæt Navn I/S's digital   products, but you as a buyer still have a two-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act

6. Payment

 5.1. All prices are in Euro (€) incl. VAT unless otherwise specified. Receipt for the draw is sent per e-mail.

7. Data & DDOS

 7.1. We take data security seriously and implement all necessary measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, we cannot be held responsible for data loss resulting from errors or deficiencies in our systems or other external factors. We take daily backups of our systems to ensure that your data is protected in the event of an error or emergency.

 7.2. We also take all necessary measures to protect our servers against DDoS attacks. We utilize DDoS protection at 17 Tbit/s (According to OVH) to ensure that our systems are available and safeguarded against any potential attacks. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from a DDoS attack on our systems or other external factors. 

 7.2. We work diligently to ensure that your data is protected and accessible on our platform. If you have any questions or concerns regarding data security or DDoS protection, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

8. Hosting and locations

 According to 08/05/24

 8.1. Our game servers is located in Denmark.

 8.2. We use a third-party service and ip to go passthrough the servers. This is for better attack preventions 

9. Suspension

 9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services without notice if you violate any of our service terms. Suspension may also occur if we determine it is necessary to protect our systems or other users from harm or illegal activity.

 9.2. If your services are suspended, you will receive a notification from us regarding the reason for the suspension and the steps you can take to resolve the issue. We will endeavor to address any issues as quickly as possible and restore your services once the problem is resolved.

 9.3. We do not take the suspension of services lightly, and we will only resort to this action as a last resort. It is important to adhere to our service terms and avoid breaking our rules to prevent the suspension of your services. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the suspension of services, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

10. Cancellation

 10.1. You have the full right to terminate your services with us at any time. You can do so by logging into our website and following the instructions for terminating services. We will confirm your termination and ensure that your services are suspended at the desired time.

 10.2. Please note that if you have a subscription agreement with us, the termination will only take effect at the expiration of your current billing period. We will not refund any payments already deducted from your account after a billing period has commenced.

 10.3. We cannot be held liable for any overdrafts on your account if you fail to terminate your services on time. However, we will refund any payments deducted from your account after the termination of services.

 10.4. We do our best to ensure that your termination requests are processed quickly and efficiently. If you have any questions or concerns regarding termination of services, you're welcome to contact us for help.

11. Our right to your service

 11.1. We reserve the right to monitor and manage files and settings for your product. This includes access to log files, IP addresses, and other technical data necessary to ensure the proper operation of our services and to protect our systems and other users from harm or illegal activity.

 11.2. We will always treat your data and files confidentially and comply with applicable legal requirements and standards for data protection. We will only use your data and files in accordance with our privacy policy and for purposes relevant to the operation of our services and support of your products.

 11.3. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our access to your data and files, please feel free to contact us for assistance. We will always strive to answer your questions and ensure that you feel safe and protected when using our services.

12. Game service EULA

 12.1. As a customer at Indsæt Navn I/S and the tennant of the server, you automaticly accept the current EULA according to the game server type you have rented.

 12.2. As a customer it is your responsibility to follow the current EULA guidelines according to the game server type you have rented. We can work together with you to assure that the server is properply set-up according to the current EULA, but we can not be held responsible for any consequences of a breach of the EULA.

13. Renting periods

 13.1. When you are renting a server at Indsæt Navn I/S, you can choose which type of cycle you want to be billed for. Here is examples for the current cycle types we offer.

            Monthly: When you choose the monthly cycle, your price can be lower. This is because you only pay for the rest of the month. The payment is always the first day of the month.

            Quarterly: When you choose the quarterly cycle, your price can be lower. This is because you only pay for the rest of the quarterly period. The payment is always 3 months ahead at the first day of the month.

            Semi-annual: When you choose the semi-annual cycle, your price can be lower. This is because you only pay for the rest of the semi-annualy period. The payment is always 6 moths ahead at the first day of the month.

            Annual: When you choose the annual cycle, your price can be lower. This is because you only pay for the rest of the annualy period. The payment is always 12 moths ahead at the first day of the month.

14. Complaints

 14.1. As a customer you have the right to complaint about a service. If you wish to file a complaint, you can always contact us at fmshosting@insertname.dk and we will try to work out a solution with you.
